Next broadcast will be tomorrow (Sat, Jun 2)
Dear Friends:
I have been rushing and struggling all day to be able to broadcast tonight at 9 pm Eastern. It’s not going to happen.
My wife is still an invalid, with no improvement, and cannot drive at all, so — in addition to my tutoring today and taking some unexpected but necessary phone calls — I’ve been running countless errands: rushing to the post office to mail packages, emptying the PO box, going to the bank, shopping for groceries, buying needed medicine at another store, picking up one of our daughters at work in a neighboring town, etc. etc.
I just now got drenched in a thunderstorm carrying several bags of groceries into the house, and find that a steady stream of water is leaking into our kitchen through a defective window.
A customer & supporter whose mother has just passed away has urgently emailed me requesting some information, and I haven’t even had a free moment to respond yet.
I am therefore pushing our discussion of last week’s readings in Guéranger to tomorrow, our Saturday night 9 pm Eastern Time slot, and we’ll discuss this week’s readings next Monday evening (June 4), God willing.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
In Jesus and Mary,
Gerry Matatics
