Guéranger on hold; Rosary broadcasts resume
I've been mulling over what to do about the Wednesday night (9 pm Eastern) Facebook Live broadcasts (with simultaneous Skype sessions) on Dom Guéranger’s “The Liturgical Year” while the person who originally asked me to do that series, and for whose benefit the series is primarily done, is in France for the new two Wednesdays.
As those of you who watch the broadcasts or are in the Skype session know, nearly all the questions come from Elaine! She’s told me she’s brought her Guéranger volumes with her to France to keep up on the reading and will have a ton of questions when she returns and can resume on the 31st, so I say we wait for her. We will therefore not broadcast on “The Liturgical Year” tonight (Wed, May 17) or next Wednesday (the 24th), but will resume on Wednesday, May 31.
In the meantime, however — so you won’t think I’m slacking off! — I will resume my series on “A Biblical Journey Through the Rosary” by taking up the Sorrowful Mysteries. I will complete my preparation for the broadcast on the First Sorrowful Mystery (the Agony in the Garden) and will post here later this week to let you know when that broadcast will air — probably this weekend.
