Previously mentioned "MISSING INGREDIENT" featured in Gerry's NEW talk on "Francis, Agent of the New World Order" November 19-24

Previously mentioned "MISSING INGREDIENT" featured in Gerry's NEW talk on "Francis, Agent of the New World Order" November 19-24

Dear Friends:

Earlier this year I mentioned my discovering, in my Lenten Bible reading, a fundamentally necessary but (up to now) inexplicably "missing ingredient" for the successful explanation and resolution of the current crisis in Catholicism -- an element which, to my knowledge, no traditional Catholic writer or speaker (myself included), of whatever "camp," seems to have incorporated before now in their analysis of the crisis.

Allow me, here and now, to dispel the unintentional mystery which has gathered around my previous announcement: I'm referring to the central Biblical doctrine of the covenant and its application to Church history, in particular to the end times.

This "missing ingredient" will be featured prominently in a talk I'll be giving, God willing, throughout next week, and a recording of this talk on 2 CDs will be available for sale from my online store (www.gerrymatatics.org/shop) next month, hopefully before Christmas.

On November 19 I'll be leaving my home in Scranton, Pennsylvania and driving my battered old car to eight locations in six days (November 19-24) in New Jersey, New York City, and Long Island to speak on the urgent topic, "Francis, Agent of the New World Order: How Today's Counterfeit Catholicism Advances the Agenda of Antichrist." The dates and locations are as follows:

I've already mailed a flier advertising these talks to the nearly 2000 people on my mailing list who live within an hour and a quarter's drive from any of these eight locations. That's everyone on my list living in northern Delaware, easternmost Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the greater New York City area (including Westchester County & adjacent counties), southern Connecticut, and Long Island.

This is the last lecture trip I am taking this year, and quite possibly (due to financial reasons) the last lecture tour I will ever be able to take.

As the flier warns, any of these eight locations receiving less than 20 pre-registrations will have to be cancelled, due to the considerable expenses involved. That's why, if you live near one of these locations or have family or friends who do, it's imperative that I hear from you or them ASAP -- today, if possible. Locations are already at risk of being cancelled due to insufficient numbers, and hotels have already begun calling me, threatening to release the space I've tentatively secured unless I sign a final contract, which I can't afford to do without a sufficient number of pre-registrants.

Personally, I don't wish to cancel ANY of the above locations: after countless hours poring over my mailing list, maps, Internet hotel listings, and then on the phone to dozens of hotels in many cities, I carefully made my final selection in each case because of its convenient proximity to hundreds and hundreds of people on my mailing list who have attended my talks in the past.

But so far ALL of the locations have fewer than 20 registrations, and the expenses involved forbid me to sign a binding contract with any hotel under such circumstances.

To keep expenses to the absolute minimum, in every location I secured the cheapest meeting space available for that night. All but three of the hotels on this tour are Hampton Inns, which typically are relatively inexpensive, but even they are charging me over $100 each for their minimum meeting space (capable of holding 25 people).

There's no Hampton Inn offering meeting space on the central coast of NJ (Long Branch area), and the DoubleTree I selected in Eatontown -- the cheapest hotel I could find in the area with meeting space available -- is charging me $150.

In all the boroughs of NYC (except Manhattan: see next paragraph) the Hampton Inns are charging over $250 each. That's the absolute minimum below which they cannot go. I am speaking at three such Hampton Inns: on Staten Island, at LaGuardia International Airport, and at JFK International Airport.

None of the Hampton Inns in Manhattan offers meeting space, and the cheapest space I could find in Manhattan is the Millennium Hilton -- a brand-new hotel built in 2010 right next to Ground Zero where the twin towers fell on 9-11, 2001. It's charging me $500 for two hours!

The meeting space rentals alone for this tour will therefore cost me over $1700, if I speak at all 8 locations.

On top of that I of course have to pay for a sleeping room each night. (I'm sleeping at the cheapest hotels I can find, and always outside of NYC, to save money. To save even more I'd gladly sleep in my car each night if I didn't have to look and smell presentable to my audiences the next day, and if the temperature this time of year weren't likely to dip below freezing at night!) Then there's the cost of gas and tolls for my car, and one (cheap, fast-food) warm meal a day.

I've also already spent nearly $2000 in advertising: a small $150 ad in the American Free Press, plus the expense of printing and mailing out nearly 2000 fliers to everyone in my mailing list who lives within about an hour and a quarter's drive from any of the eight locations. (I did all the work of designing and printing the flier, and hand-addressing the envelopes -- two full weeks' work, 10 hours every day -- to each of the nearly 2000 addressees myself, since I cannot afford to pay anyone to do my secretarial work.)

To help cover at least a portion of the cost of meeting space rental, I'm asking attendees to please pay (at the door) $10 per person, $15 per couple, or $20 for an entire family. I accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or PayPal (or the equivalent of $24 worth of wampum trinkets, at the Manhattan Island location -- in case the heir to the property's original owner shows up).

If you or someone you know lives within an hour to an hour and a half drive of any of these locations and wishes to hear this explosive talk, please urge them to pre-register TODAY, before the location they are interested in is cancelled. NO ONE may attend without pre-registering: if someone plans on "just showing up," he or she may well arrive to find that that particular location had to be cancelled because people (like them) thought they could attend unannounced and did not pre-register in sufficient numbers.

To pre-register, folks should email me at gerrymatatics@gerrymatatics.org or call me at (570) 969-1724. In either case please provide your full name, phone number, postal mailing address, the location you wish to attend, and number of people attending.

Whether you are personally attending or not, please consider making as generous a donation as you can to help me at least break even on this trip. I'm not looking for a remuneration for my hundreds of hours of pre-trip work, for the talk itself, or for my time away from my family: I gladly donate all that, speaking for free (without honorarium) as my contribution to the Church in her hour of need, as the storm clouds of God's wrath ominously gather over our increasingly godless, Christ-rejecting nation. ("We do not want this Man to reign over us," Luke 19:14.) But I do need my expenses to be covered, as I cannot afford to go any more deeply into debt in the course of continuing this apostolate of evangelization and apologetics.

As always, the fastest and easiest way to donate is to go to any page on my website (www.gerrymatatics.org) and click on the orange-colored button labeled "Make A Donation" located in the upper right-hand area of the page. This enables you to use PayPal to make a quick and secure donation.

If you prefer, you can call me at (570) 969-1724 and leave on my voicemail your MasterCard, Visa, or Discover Card's 16-digit number, expiration date, 3-digit security code from the back of the card, your name exactly as it appears on the card (including any middle initial), your credit card's billing address, and the amount you wish to donate. Please leave a phone number so that I might call if any part of your message is unclear or unintentionally incomplete.

A third option is to mail a check or money order -- today or tomorrow, if possible -- to: Gerry Matatics, PO Box 569, Dunmore PA 18512. Please make the check payable to either "Gerry Matatics" or "Biblical Foundations International."

I pray that all is well with you and your loved ones. May Almighty God grant you and yours His wisdom and grace to persevere in the one true Faith during these dark days of diabolical deception predicted in Sacred Scripture, days that should nevertheless fill us with peace, joy and hope as we eagerly await the coming of Our Lord Jesus Christ in glory to consummate His Church and usher in the eternal state of His everlasting kingdom.

Your servant in Christ our coming King,
Gerry Matatics
